The gospel has the power to positively change cities while sparking ardent opposition at the same time. We tend to think opposition and conflict is always bad and we tend to avoid them for that reason.
Yet, the story of the New Testament, the story of the rise of the church, and the story of the history of the church from the last 2000 years is filled with conflict and opposition.
We need to feel challenged to feel the weight of this today. We will be by God’s grace.
