NURSERY

The nursery ministry is open during the Worship Service for newborns through pre-school. Loving caregivers will provide attentive gentle care to your infants and toddlers. Pre-school leaders offer Bible story activities to help draw your children closer to Jesus.

AWANA Club meetings are brimming with life-enriching experiences for young people. Leaders guide children (age 2-6th grade) through handbooks where clubbers learn that God is real, He loves them, and He expresses His love through Jesus Christ. They also learn how to apply Biblical Truths to their daily lives. The meetings are open to all children regardless of religious affiliation.

AWANA (Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed) meets every Wednesday (Sept.-April) at CVC from 6:30-8:15pm.

Cubbies (3-4 year olds)
Sparks (K-2nd grade)
Truth and Training (3rd-6th grade)

If you have any questions, please email awanaclub@crossviewonline.org or call the church office at 847-395-4117.

CHILDREN’S CHURCH AND IGNITE

CHILDREN'S CHURCH_FI

Children’s Church (K through 5th grade) and IGNITE (6th through 8th grade) are programs that provide age-appropriate biblical instruction and activities during our Worship service. Children begin in the Adult Church Service with their parents and then are dismissed to their respective groups after the worship singing.

FUEL

FUEL_Featured Event

FUEL serves youth from 6th through 12th grade on Thursday nights from 6:30-8:30. Emphasis is on providing a welcoming, healthy, and safe environment where youth will learn life-changing truths from God’s Word.

Their motto is: Belonging. Believing. Becoming.

  1. Belonging is the first step to make every effort to be a gathering place for our youth.
  2. Believing is being focused on receiving and believing the word of God to make a difference in our world.
  3. Becoming is a process of being transformed into Christ likeness by the spirit of God. We who become will be shaped by what we believe about God.
