The Spirit, through the gospel of Christ, persistently builds the church. The message and the ministry of the apostles is a repellent that drives people away but also a powerful attraction to Jesus. The Spirit uses the gospel to spread salvation and the knowledge of God everywhere. My prayer is that we will all be inspired by the power of the gospel of Jesus Christ in our hearts and lives and we would be inspired to speak that gospel as well.
