CVC AWANA families,
Due to recommendations by the CDC and in following local school district policies there will be no AWANA this Wednesday 3/18 at CrossView Church. We know this can be a scary time for our children and pray that they can still find comfort in their AWANA workbooks! Some of our clubbers are close to finishing their books so we encourage you as a family to work through those pages and lean in on God's word; not only during times of uncertainty but as an every day practice.
Next week 3/25 was already a scheduled day off, we will update you on the following week as it gets closer. In the meantime, be on the lookout for some virtual devotions from Mr. Kyle!!
If you or anyone you know needs any help with food, supplies, childcare or any other necessities please don't hesitate to reach out. If we can be praying for you in any way please let us know as well.
"do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." Philippians 4:6-7
Kyle and Jenny Fielder
CVC AWANA Commanders
AWANA (Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed) meets every Wednesday at CVC from 6:30-8:15pm.
AWANA Club meetings are brimming with life-enriching experiences for young people. Leaders guide children (age 2-6th grade) through age-appropriate handbooks. Clubbers learn that God is real, that He loves them, and that He expresses His love through Jesus Christ. They also learn how to apply Biblical Truths to their daily lives.
Through the AWANA program, our church reaches out to the community. The meetings are open to all children regardless of religious affiliation.
Cubbies (3-4 year olds)
Sparks (K-2nd grade)
Truth and Training (3rd-6th grade)
