In today’s passage, we will look at how we can rightly encounter the Light in the darkness/the Word/ Jesus, and receive the gifts of God.
We'll find that those who are saved join God’s family which is a gift received by faith. When a gift is offered, we have to decide whether to accept or reject the gift.
I hope we find in this season of gift giving and gift receiving that there’s no better gift than Jesus himself. And there’s no better family than the family of God which we are put into through the gift of God.
