Pastor James Wychers will be guiding us through Deuteronomy 6:4-5 as we explore what wholehearted love for God looks like in practice.

Bible Memorization
We are focusing on memorizing key Bible verses corresponding to Pastor James’ sermon series “The Unfolding Gospel.” Memorizing Scripture is an excellent discipline for spiritual growth that allows us to focus our minds on God’s Word and so enrich our spiritual lives. This September we will be memorizing Joshua 4:23-24.
Fall is Almost Here – Get Ready to Connect!
We're excited to welcome everyone back as we gear up for another wonderful season of fellowship, learning, and growth together! Fall brings with it a fresh start and so many opportunities to deepen our faith and strengthen our community bonds.
Here's a glimpse of what's coming up:
Adult Sunday School resumes next Sunday, Sept. 14th at 9:00 a.m. Dan Mikal will be leading this class entitled Principles with Promises - in depth studies on verses in the Bible with promises.
And ladies, mark your calendars! Tuesday Morning Ladies Bible Study starts September 16th, 9:30-11:30am – a perfect time to connect with other women in our church family while growing in faith. In addition, Monday Evening Ladies Bible Study begins September 15th. Let's connect and grow!

Missionary Visit
Meeting Our Missionaries from Alaska
We have a special treat coming to CrossView Church! Our missionaries from Alaska will be visiting us for the first time on September 6th and 7th, and we couldn't be more excited to finally meet them in person.
These dedicated servants have been faithfully ministering in Alaska, and now we'll have the chance to hear their stories, learn about their work, and welcome them into our church family.
Sunday Fellowship Potluck
Following our worship service on Sunday, September 7th, we'll gather for a potluck meal together. We're asking everyone to bring either a side dish or dessert—CrossView will provide the chicken. This extended time together will give us more opportunity to hear about their ministry and share in meaningful fellowship.
Whether you can make it to one or both events, we encourage you to come and extend a warm CrossView welcome to these special guests. It's always a blessing to connect with those who are serving God in different parts of our world, and we're grateful for this opportunity to support and encourage them.

Women's Conference 2025
"Jesus in the Old Testament"
September 19-20, 2025 
We warmly invite all women to join us for Cornerstone Community Church's Women's Conference, featuring the theme "Jesus in the Old Testament." This year's conference will explore how Christ appears throughout the Hebrew Scriptures, guided by the verse "The stone that the builders rejected has become the cornerstone" from Psalm 118:22.

- Friday, September 19: 6:00 PM - 8:30 PM (doors open at 5:30 PM)
- We invite women to bring a simple snack to share on Friday night
- Saturday, September 20: 9:30 AM - 3:00 PM (doors open at 9:00 AM)
- Lunch is provided on Saturday

- Cost: $20 (includes Saturday lunch)
- Scholarships are available for those who need financial assistance

Bread of Life Share Center Food Pantry
Saturday, Sept. 13, 2025
Friday, Sept. 26 ~ 4:30-6:00 p.m.
CVC's Bread of Life Drive-Thru Food Pantry provides nutritious food to our neighbors in need of assistance.
The Food Pantry is open on the 2nd Saturdays of the month (9:00-11:00 a.m.) and the 4th Fridays of the month (4:30-6:00 p.m.)
