This Sunday at CrossView Church
The Light that Dawns
There's something powerful about hearing God's voice clearly for the first time. In 1 Samuel 3, we meet a young Samuel in a moment that changes everything—when he learns to recognize the voice calling his name in the darkness.
Have you ever wondered what it takes to truly hear God speak? What might change if we learned to listen more carefully?
This Sunday, Pastor James Wychers will walk us through 1 Samuel 3:1-21 and explore what it means when divine light breaks into our ordinary lives. Whether you've been following Jesus for years or you're simply curious about faith, you're welcome at our table.
Sunday, October 12 @ 10:00 AM CrossView Church 750 Highview Dr., Antioch, IL
We'd love to see you there—bring your questions, your stories, and an open heart.
Bible Memorization
We are focusing on memorizing key Bible verses corresponding to Pastor James’ sermon series “The Unfolding Gospel.” Memorizing Scripture is an excellent discipline for spiritual growth that allows us to focus our minds on God’s Word and so enrich our spiritual lives. This October we will be memorizing Isaiah 53:5-6.

Tuesday Morning Ladies Bible Study
We gather every Tuesday from 9:30-11:30am at CVC. This year we'll explore the books of Esther, Ezra, and Nehemiah, studying them verse by verse to deepen our understanding of God. Our hope is that through this study, we'll grow in wisdom that helps us live lives that honor the Lord, please Him in all we do, and bear good fruit. Each week offers a wonderful opportunity to connect with other women as we learn and share together in fellowship. Reach out to Diane Damiani with any questions at mikediane11@comcast.net or 847-651-4335 (call or text). Cost of book is $8.50.

Get Connected
One of the values CrossView Church strives to be is a loving church family in which we find regular community. Therefore, we offer different kinds of groups for men and women. These groups help build healthy relationships, experience personal and spiritual growth, find accountability, and provide support for our spiritual journey. If you are interested in exploring this kind of community, please speak with one of the pastors or call the church office.
