This Sunday at CrossView Church
In the time of the Judges, Israel found itself in a repeating cycle—following God, drifting away, facing consequences, crying out for help, and being rescued, only to drift again. At the heart of this pattern was a simple reality: there was no king in Israel, and everyone did what seemed right in their own eyes.
What happens when we rely solely on our own understanding of right and wrong? How do we navigate life's decisions when there's no clear authority guiding us?

Bible Memorization
We are focusing on memorizing key Bible verses corresponding to Pastor James’ sermon series “The Unfolding Gospel.” Memorizing Scripture is an excellent discipline for spiritual growth that allows us to focus our minds on God’s Word and so enrich our spiritual lives. This October we will be memorizing Isaiah 53:5-6.
LADIES BIBLE STUDIES ~ It's not too late to join!
Monday Evening Ladies Bible Study
We meet from 6:30-8:30 p.m. utilizing the book Luke in the Land - Bible Study for Women with Video Access: Walking with Jesus in His First-Century World by Kristi Mclelland. Join us for enriching times of fellowship, prayer, and biblical teaching designed specifically for women seeking to deepen their faith journey. Cost of book is $20.00. Scholarships are available. Tuesday Morning Ladies Bible Study
We gather every Tuesday from 9:30-11:30am at CVC. This year we'll explore the books of Esther, Ezra, and Nehemiah, studying them verse by verse to deepen our understanding of God. Our hope is that through this study, we'll grow in wisdom that helps us live lives that honor the Lord, please Him in all we do, and bear good fruit. Each week offers a wonderful opportunity to connect with other women as we learn and share together in fellowship. One of the values CrossView Church strives to be is a loving church family in which we find regular community. Therefore, we offer different kinds of groups for men and women. These groups help build healthy relationships, experience personal and spiritual growth, find accountability, and provide support for our spiritual journey. Bread of Life Share Center Food Pantry
Saturday, Oct. 11 ~ 9:00-11:00 a.m.
Friday, Oct. 24 ~ 4:30-6:00 p.m.
CVC's Bread of Life Drive-Thru Food Pantry provides nutritious food to our neighbors in need of assistance.
The Food Pantry is open on the 2nd Saturdays of the month (9:00-11:00 a.m.) and the 4th Fridays of the month (4:30-6:00 p.m.)
