Adult Sunday School
The Adult Sunday School class will be taking a summer break and will resume on September 14.
This Sunday at CrossView Church
Have you ever stepped outside on a clear night and felt completely overwhelmed by the vastness of the stars? Or watched a sunrise paint the sky and wondered at the artistry behind it all? There's something about creation that speaks to us, isn't there? It whispers—or sometimes shouts—about the One who made it all.
This Sunday, we're diving into one of the most beautiful passages in all of Scripture: Psalm 8. David looked up at those same stars, felt that same wonder, and penned words that have moved hearts for thousands of years. But here's what's amazing—the God whose majesty blazes across the heavens didn't stay distant. He came close. He became one of us.
In Jesus Christ, we see not just the Creator's fingerprints in the sky, but His very heart walking among us. Jesus is the second Adam, the one who restores what was broken, who makes all things new. When we behold Him, we see God's visible majesty in human form—the same God who scattered the stars also chose to hold a child, heal the sick, and die for our sins.
Join us this Sunday at 10 a.m. as Pastor Kyle brings us a message titled "The Heavens Declare." Come ready to be amazed all over again by the God who is both magnificently transcendent and intimately present with us.

Bible Memorization
We are focusing on memorizing key Bible verses corresponding to Pastor James’ sermon series “The Unfolding Gospel.” Memorizing Scripture is an excellent discipline for spiritual growth that allows us to focus our minds on God’s Word and so enrich our spiritual lives. This August we will be memorizing Numbers 14:18-19.
Bread of Life Share Center Food Pantry
Saturday, August 9 ~ 9-11 a.m.
Friday, August 22 ~ 4:30-6:00 p.m.
CVC's Bread of Life Drive-Thru Food Pantry provides nutritious food to our neighbors in need of assistance.
The Food Pantry is open on the 2nd Saturdays of the month (9:00-11:00 a.m.) and the 4th Fridays of the month (4:30-6:00 p.m.)

Missionary Visits
On Sunday, August 3, we will host visiting missionaries, from Kenya and the Christian Jew Foundation Ministries.
To allow adequate time for their presentation and fellowship, we will be observing communion on August 10th instead. We look forward to hearing about their ministry and the work God is doing through them.
Join us in the Café after church to learn more about their ministries. Refreshments and snacks provided!
Pickleball

Baptisms & Family Fun Day
Sunday, August 17 ~ 4:00 p.m.
Baptism is a beautiful picture of the gospel given to all believers. Baptisms will take place at Promised Land Park (29039 Wilmot Rd, Trevor, WI 53179) in their 'crystal clear spring water' pond. You are invited to bring a picnic dinner for your family and join in as our church family celebrates baptisms and fellowship together! After the baptisms, we will eat and then enjoy the many amenities at Promised Land Park. Visit their website at www.promisedland.com for more details about their park. (You do not need to sign up and there is no cost to attend.) Please speak with Pastor James if you desire to be baptized on August 17.
