A Time to Remember & Reflect

Join us at CrossView Church as we come together to remember Jesus's sacrifice on the cross. Good Friday is a deeply meaningful day when we pause to recognize the love that led Jesus to give His life for us.

Good Friday is a day of mourning and commemorating Christ's crucifixion on the cross at Calvary. It is the day when Old Testament prophesy was fulfilled. Jesus Christ, the son of God, willingly suffered and gave himself up to die for our sins. Then three days later he rose from the dead, defeating death. He assended to God, the Father, and is now seated on the throne at his right hand.

"For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life." — John 3:16

Our service will include:

• Sharing communion together as a church family
• Taking time for personal reflection
• Remembering what Jesus's death means for each of us

"But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed." — Isaiah 53:5

Good Friday reminds us that our relationship with God was made possible through Jesus's incredible act of love. As we gather, we'll reflect on this gift with grateful hearts and consider what it means for our lives today.
