Dave Culbertson
Dave Culbertson has been married to Sharyl since May 1987. They have three children—Joel, Beth, and Renee—all married, and four grandchildren. Dave's faith journey began at age four when he accepted Christ as his Savior, with a renewed commitment following college. His church service includes roles as Elder, Deacon, Sunday School teacher, and various leadership positions.
Professionally, Dave spent 38 years at Watlow in Richmond, IL, advancing from Project Engineer to Principal Engineer while developing thermal systems with heaters, sensors, and controls before retiring in May 2023. His life exemplifies the balance of devoted family man, committed church servant, and accomplished professional.
