James Wycers continues in his sermon series: Christ: Nothing More, Nothing Less, Nothing Else. His sermon will be "Wise Witnessing to a Watching World" from Colossians 4:2-6.
The call is for all who follow Christ to witness to those who are outside the faith. But how? Are all Christians really expected to do this? This message will explore how ordinary followers of Jesus can be wise in their conduct toward outsiders.

Come cheer on CVC’s Men’s Softball team on Monday nights this summer. Games are played each week at the ball field on Hwy. 45 north of Hwy. C in Bristol, WI. Support our team and come out for some fun!
BREAD OF LIFE SHARE CENTER FREE GROCERIES July 19 (3rd Fridays of each month) ~ 5:00-6:30pm
CVC’s Bread of Life Share Center has partnered with the Northern Illinois Food Bank to distribute groceries at CVC to people in need of assistance. Food is distributed at no charge on a ‘first come, first served’ basis. Please bring ID. One registrant per address/household. Please spread the information about this ministry to your family, friends, and co-workers in need!
The plans for remodeling the sanctuary are moving forward. The pews will be replaced with new chairs. If you or someone you know would be interested in having one or more of the pews, please see Pastor Mike or contact him at firstname.lastname@example.org.
A CONVENIENT WAY TO PROVIDE YOUR OFFERINGS TO CROSSVIEW CHURCH
A growing number of members are using automated withdrawal from their bank to make their offerings to CrossView Church. If you would like the convenience of having CVC’s Financial Secretary, Diane Lorenzini, set up the automated withdrawal system on a regular basis, contact her (email@example.com) or Adrian Spronk (firstname.lastname@example.org) to receive the necessary information and forms.
The 2nd Sunday of each month has been designated as ‘Baptism Sunday.’ If you have questions or are considering taking this next important step in your faith, please call the church office to make an appointment to meet with Pastor David or indicate your interest to be baptized on a Welcome Card and place in the offering plate.
