People will spend several hours watching TV or playing games on their computers and not think twice about it. Christians can get drawn into these kinds of time wasting activities too.

CVC's vision statement says that we Expect life change as we purposefully build Christ centered lives together. We believe that we can experience this as we invest time studying God's word. Our Adult Studies CE Ministry is a tool that we offer to assist you in becoming a Christ centered Christian.

This year we are excited about the direction God has given us for Adult Studies here at CVC. In addition to Sunday mornings, there will be a wide range of topics relevant to our growth as Christian believers, presented on Wednesday evenings while children attend AWANA Clubs.

This new direction creates a broader opportunity for people like you who want to grow in faith and live a Christ centered life. There is even on-site childcare for children who are still to young to participate in AWANA. Wednesday nights can be a great family ministry night. Another huge advantage is that these classes are ideal for existing and new small groups. Following the main teaching segment, time is set aside for gathering in small groups for discussion and praying for one another. this cuts down on schedules that are already too demanding, not to mention having to drive to another activity.

We believe that this will be an exciting environment for all who choose to be a part of it.
